CONSULTATION SERVICE
The perfect package for those wanting to handle all of the details themselves, but need some professional guidance with event vendor selection, budgeting, and/or getting started.
Joyce Otero will recommend and set-up appointments with qualified professional event or wedding vendors for you.
(Available by hourly rate.)
DAY OF SERVICE
This package includes the “Consultation Service” without an hourly rate (unlimited), meeting with client(s) to go over the needs/requirements for the day of the event, and a detailed timeline created by us and distributed to all event vendors. Your event or wedding planner will attend the rehearsal and will be available the day of the event, until the end of the reception.
EVENT PACKAGE SERVICE
This package includes the “Consultation Service” and the “Day of Service,” plus:
budget tracking, attendance in meetings with other vendors (customized based on needs), and support and referral and contract set-up for vendors still needed by the couple. Once you have selected all your vendors, we will also take on the role of liaison between you and your vendors, approximately one month before your wedding or event.
EXTENDED EVENT PACKAGE SERVICE
This is equivalent to an “out of town service.” Our team will help coordinate every detail of your event at all operational levels. We will take on the role of your personal “wedding assistant,” acting as the liaison between the vendors and the couple, following up with all details, handling special requests*, etc.
